Change Must Come from Within!
By Ken Rieli
A lot of people voted for Obama and the democrats last November because they are desperate for change. Now that they are in power, we are beginning to hear the first distant voices of back-paddling.
Remember — a couple of years back Pelosi and the democrats were voted in to immediately end the Iraq war. That never happened the way they promised.
We are again hearing something similar coming from the Obama camp, how the economy is going to get a whole lot worse before it gets better. That is true. But what those politicians led you to believe is that by voting for them, you were voting for real economic change.
Being a true non-partisan, I don’t ever vote — mostly because I don’t believe the political rhetoric. No matter who gets in, the first priority is to strengthen the cartel.
Big government and big business are joined at the hip and will continue to lord over the constituency!
Look at the trillions of dollars now promised to prop up the usury banking & Wall Street investment institutions. The government continues to rob both us and our children's’ future to keep losers in power. And this will never end as long as trickle-down economics is in play. The gap between rich & poor continues to widen, and that must end now!
The fact is that government and big biz depend on the masses for their support. Without the ongoing support of the populace — through price hiking and increased taxes, these worn-out institutions cannot, and should not survive.
It is now within our power to reorder how the world operates. With the entire world in the bag financially, we have a perfect opportunity to rebuild global industry — based on true virtual enterprise. We no longer need centralized corporations with expensive head-office towers to control world growth.
The new world order of commerce will be based on small enterprises headed up by millions of smart individuals at the grassroots level.
Instead of looking toward politicians and big biz leaders for handouts, we — as individuals — can change the world collectively, by walking through the open door to space age living. We can only get there by taking that step ourselves.
A couple of thousand years ago, a man in Palestine said, “Do not look outside of yourself for the kingdom of God — Behold, the kingdom of God is within you.”
More recently, a man in India said: “You must be the change you wish to see in others.”
I firmly believe both of these statements and have taken that first step into an eternal space-age lifestyle. I know it really works.
